Question the Status Quo
We challenge norms and build more equitable paths for women in leadership, across industries, life stages, and geographies.
A worldwide network of Berkeley Haas alumnae, committed to a community that celebrates and amplifies the power of bringing women together.
Founded in 2021, Berkeley Haas Women in Leadership Alumnae (WILA) turns the Haas leadership principles into practice by building a community who uplift and amplify each other, at work and beyond.
Our mission is to create space for alumnae to connect, support, and inspire one another in both professional and personal journeys. Grounded in the belief that strength comes from shared experiences, we focus on the whole self, guided by four key pillars.

Each quarter we highlight an alumna whose work reflects the WILA pillars in motion.

We are choosing the alumna we will feature next. Know someone whose work is moving this community forward? Nominate her and we will be in touch.
Nominate an alumnaEvery event, mentor match, and conversation we host comes back to one of these.
We challenge norms and build more equitable paths for women in leadership, across industries, life stages, and geographies.
We lead with conviction and humility, making room for others to thrive alongside us.
We keep learning through mentorship, programming, and the generous exchange of hard-earned wisdom.
We invest in the women coming next, and in the communities our work touches.
From global summits to chapter workshops, our calendar is built by alumnae, for alumnae.
